My services include general concierge and administrative services for the small business. I'm certified in QuickBooks and am proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. The other facet of my business is home staging and organization which includes bereavement cleaning. I thrive on excellent communication and customer service - I can assist with communicating with your clients or vendors too. One of my favorite parts of the business is sitting down with clients where we talk about what could be better. I consult and do and if I don't, I'll find someone you'll love that will. My billing plans include Pay as You Go, By the Project or on Retainer.

This works great for those that aren't sure they have enough work to hire me on a retainer or want to get a feel for what I do first. I have a 3 hour minimum. I require a 3 hour deposit up front. You can feel confident that I'll never charge you for time not spent on your account. I bill in increments of 15 minutes.

This plan is for small projects that are shorter in duration. The price will vary depending on the scope of the job. Once I meet with you to determine that scope, I'll put together an estimate, and a 50% deposit is due upon acceptance.

This is for the client that needs my help on a regular basis at a minimum of 8 hours per month. A discount applies to my billing rate of $42/hr. Invoices are sent out at the beginning of the month and must be paid prior to services being rendered. An estimate will be provided.
Extra expenses may be incurred for supplies or materials specific to your needs. Full disclosure will always be provided.
